These terms apply when you use Kwiz POS ("the app"), provided by Nyika Digital, Malawi. By creating a shop or signing in, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You must give a real phone number and keep your password and PINs private.
- The shop owner is responsible for the staff they add and what those staff do in the app.
- One login can own or manage several shops.
2. Plans and payment
- Free (MK0): one shop, the owner only, up to 100 products and 7-day reports.
- Business (MK40,000 a month): one shop, up to 5 staff, unlimited products, credit customers, expenses and full reports.
- Pro (MK60,000 a month for up to 3 shops, plus MK15,000 for each extra shop): unlimited staff, several shops and branches, and stock transfers. Pro is paid by the owner and covers all their shops.
- Plans are paid monthly. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
- If a paid plan is not renewed, the shop moves back to Free. Your data is kept.
3. Your data
- Your sales, items and customers belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.
- The app saves sales on the phone first and sends them to our server when online. Keep the app synced: sales that never reach the server can be lost if the phone is lost or reset.
4. Fair use
You must not use Kwiz POS for illegal trade, to deceive customers, or to attack or overload our systems. We may freeze or ban shops or logins that break these terms or do not pay, after trying to contact the owner.
5. Taxes and records
You are responsible for your own tax returns, MRA requirements and business records. Kwiz POS helps you keep records but is not a fiscal device unless we say so.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep Kwiz POS available and correct, but it is provided "as is". Nyika Digital is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will show the new date above and tell you in the app for important changes.
